Relaxing Temple Stay with Shojin Ryori & Meditation

Enjoy a luxurious, relaxing time at a historic temple. Learn to prepare traditional temple cuisine "shojin ryori" in the temple kitchen and then savor the meal you’ve made.

You can also participate in meditation sessions or try "shabutsu"—the practice of tracing Buddha images—guided by monks. These experiences allow you to calm your mind and spend a quiet, reflective time focusing on yourself.

The temple also supports a rescue cat program, so you can spend time playing with cats during your visit.

Whether for a day trip or an overnight stay, you can enjoy a peaceful, leisurely experience at the temple.
